Crystal is absolutely amazing. She has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taking care of. She has been able to alleviate anxiety during extremely uncomfortable times physically and also mentally. She has provided comfort during scary times, and has been patient and supportive of making a patient care plan, and helping with different options. she is extremely encouraging and is one of the reasons that I continue to go here her kindness goes far and has truly made a difference. On a recent appointment with Dr. Dental, I was sitting in the waiting area and could not, but otherwise, overhear the conversation one of the staff was having with a patient over the phone. As the conversation went on, I was “blown away” and so impressed by the absolute care, gentleness, and respect Crystal (as I have come to know her name) gave the patient. In all my years of going to medical facilities, I have never heard anyone treat a patient with such decency and helpful attentiveness. It has been the most enjoyable experience I've ever had off the Veterans Administration system. From the moment that I entered the building until the moment that I left the building, my concerns were taken very seriously and I was assured that everything was going to be all right.
