So thankful Dr. Dan has come out of retirement. We had a computer hard drive go south on us and we couldn't retrieve any files on it. Dr Dan worked diligently for two weeks to gain access to all the files and move them safely to a thumb drive restoring years of projects and files. Can not recommend his services enough. He is pleasant to speak with and explains things in such a way that a non-computer person can understand. Thank you, Dr. Dan!!!

Awesome customer service! I was trying to diagnose an issue I was having with a computer for a business. Came to find out I didn't have the tool to confirm my issue. After calling and describing my problem, had me come in and had the right tools and was able to confirm my issue in no time. 10/10 will be coming back for all my computer related issues
