I have been going to Dr. Pellerano for a number of years. All of the staff are wonderful and go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. I will continue going here and highly recommend this office. She explains everything to you, and has the kindest heart.
I had a crown put in this morning by Dr. Pellarano and her staff. Such very friendly and efficient people. I sometimes have trouble getting numb, so she used a slightly different formula of Novocain that worked well. I hardly felt the needle at all, nor the necessary drilling related to preparing for the crown. And while we waited in between steps, her Dental Tech Rachel kept me company and talked about her family, my family, the military and other things. What a charming woman! When my dental work was done for the day, the front office young lady helped me pay with my Ultra-Flex card. And by the way, the cost for all the work was much less than I had originality expected....read full review
At age 72, I have had many dentists and lots of dental work. Dr. Pellerano came up with a wonderful solution for my 2 missing front bottom teeth. It was an implant with crown and cantilever pontic. It took a year from start to finish, but now I can eat apples again, and I am smiling all the time. Rachel and the rest of the staff are always friendly. The new hygienist is a pro too. John
