We are very happy with the experience we had at Doc Savage. Our plumber suggested we visit their showroom. The toilet we needed was not in stock, but Valentina ordered it for us, walking us through all the choices we had and any additional pieces/parts we might need. She kept us up to date on when it would arrive, etc. Unfortunately, the toilet bowl was cracked and we had to exchange it. They handled it quickly and without any problems. Thank you for making a project go smoothly.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Had a leaky Kohler kitchen sink hose. Didn't know what model, so took a picture to the parts desk. They sent me to Bob Clayton, who instantly knew the model, told me Kohler has a lifetime warranty (which I didn't know), and to contact Kohler for a free replacement. Then showed me the model in the showroom to explain how to do the replacement. Great service, even though I didn't buy anything. If I ever need to buy in the future, this will be my store.

After alot of searching at Home Depot and Lowes and not able to find anyone to help with questions, I went to Doc Savage and was immediately helped by Lani. Competetive prices and excellent customer service.
