I placed an order on 2/15 with a ship date on 2/29. Three times I have called already and my ship date keeps getting extended. Over a month out with no product that has been paid for. And if you want to cancel the order, they will charge you 25-100% of purchase price. Very poor customer service. I don't care how beautiful your showroom is! Lame company. Bad customer service.

Terrible service, waited to be helped in the showroom for over 15 minutes with one other customer who seemed in the same predicament. I was not acknowledged I was in the building or helped, will not be back.
