I have very little experience with dermatology but if communication style and customer service matter I cant recommend. A second opinion confirmed that treatment recommendations were probably overly aggressive and I cant believe the resistance i met requesting a copy of my biopsy results. I just did not feel comfortable here.

Dr. Shelby and her staff have given myself and my son amazing care over the years. She is incredibly knowledgeable super thorough and very compassionate. Her assistant is really great too. I’m very grateful for the care that my family has received from her clinic.

I’ve been going to see Dr. Shelby for about 6 months. It’s a process, but my skin is slowly getting to where I want it to be. Dr. Shelby calls you out on “not following your routine” which is exactly what keeps me on my toes and has gotten me this far. She’s great, I definitely recommend her!
