I had CPI do two inspections in the last month for me and the crew did an awesome job.On one of them, they caught a problem that could of potentially cost me thousands. I would highly recommend them.

CPI did a GREAT job inspecting my new home. They were thorough and identified several issues that needed to be addressed by the sellers before I closed. They had a flexible schedule to meet me when I was off work and the customer service interaction with inspector was outstanding.
