I called on a Saturday because my daughter's hot water heater was not working. Jason was extremely responsive, checked to see if he had parts for this unit before making a service call, and had the unit fixed within a couple of hours. The charge was reasonable and he explained everything. Would recommend him.

I have used Comfort Solutions a number of times since 2013. They installed a mini-split heating and cooling system at my business. They have been back to perform regular maintenance and repair of regular wear items on the system. Most recently I had them out to fix problems, on both the mini-split system as well as (2) traditional HVAC systems, caused by another mechanical contractor who was brought out by a roofing contractor. The tech who has come out most frequently, Eugene, is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My experiences with the company and owner have left me with the same impression.
