Kaela was great. I truly appreciate her professionalism and skills at relieving troublesome areas. Thank you, Kaela! Massage Envy, as a company has problems. Between my wife’s appointments and mine, they often cancel. These cancellations are on appointments that must be booked a month out and ironically, they ask for 24 hours cancellation notice from members and don’t give the same courtesy. The real issue is that they are too cheap to pay a therapist show-up time to cover in case someone “call off”. I still rate the service as a five for the hard working employees, but would rate a one for poor management and customer care. Buyer beware. The corporate financial...read full review
Kaela is a great massage therapist. The massage was very relaxing with just the right amount of light to medium pressure. I will continue to book some future appointments with Kaela.
We have been seeing Kaela for a year twice a month. She is knowledgeable and makes it a priority to help you with all of your aches and pains. We are very thankful for her and we are able to stay active because of her massages.
