Seeing Cat every 2 weeks takes care of whatever is occasionally not working quite right at the moment but is also part of my wellness routine. I warmly recommend her whether you have an issue or, like me, you’d rather prevent than fix.

There actually IS a difference between a massage therapist & a MEDICAL massage therapist, and Cat Carnell proves it with each session. She zeroes in on what you need, even when you tell her "I just want a basic massage". You'll get the basics, but it'll be enhanced by her intimate knowledge of what's going on with your muscles, tendons, and even your state of mind.
