I called Chem-Dry of New Mexico to clean our charter aircraft carpets, the tech and his trainee were attentive to our aircrafts needs and were able to perform a High quality cleaning around very expensive components.
Another carpet cleaning company was unable to improve heavily trafficked dark areas in our light tan wall-to-wall carpet about 10-12 years ago. We finally decided to try Chem-Dry, and are very glad we did. Steve was able to make our 23-year old carpet look like new again. I wish I had thought to take a photo of how ugly it was before to post with this review.
The entire Chem-Dry staff were outstanding!
Zach was polite and explained each step of the process. I am super pleased with the results surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend Chem-Dry.
