Have a Jacuzzi tub that no one even wanted to look at.. other plumbers said call a hot tub repair person and the hot tub repair people said call a plumber. Thankfully Braden and Charles were willing to look at it and made the effort to find the parts needed and got it fixed. Also had a hot water heater installed in the past and it was done very well too. Will certainly call them again for future needs. Also, tracking app that tells you exactly when they are going to get there is nice too.
I have had the pleasure of working with Mark, Braden, Charles, Eric and Mikel. We have had them do a number of things at our house, including plumbing and HVAC work. When our water heater broke, they had it replaced within a few days. I appreciate them making our situation a priority when necessary. We have been in our two story house since September of 2022. We have had maintenance issues with the upper floor not cooling like it should ever since we moved in. Mikel Perez and Eric with Central Plumbing finally resolved the issue! It’s an airflow issue that won’t be fixed if a new system is put in like the ones who came and badmouthed every person who had come before them wanted to do. I am so thankful Mikel and Eric took the extra steps to see what was causing the issue.
