Lauren definitely has a healing touch. I went for a prenatal massage and really felt healed physically and spiritually by her. She made it so comfortable to lie on the table while pregnant with pillows and an elevated wedge. It was for sure the best massage I have had in ABQ.

I was nervous about finding a new massage therapist when I came back to ABQ but boy am I glad I found Lauren! I literally felt like I was melting into the table! Lauren definitely knows her way around the human body. I told her about a few of my problem areas in my upper body so she started with some focused therapeutic work there and then continued with a full body massage. She has an amazing flow to her work. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to relax or to have some therapeutic work done.
