This place has a lot of acupuncture resources for detox and for people quitting cigarettes. One of their things is that they perform NADA auricular acupuncture. You can also let them know what unique challenges you're facing and they'll do something for ya, like diet or stress or other medical conditions. The staff were SUPER attentive to my unique life circumstances and payed specific attention to the issues I indicated on the new patient paperwork. Truly excellent massage. I got a 90-minute deep-tissue massage from Ashley and it was incredible—perhaps the firmest pressure I've ever experienced during a treatment. She was super intuitive but also checked in at appropriate intervals to ask about pressure, etc. Felt like a new human when I left!

The Body Tuneup spaces are peaceful and welcoming. I see Ashley monthly. She is very knowledgeable, researches the best ways to help clients, and works well with me. I also saw Shayne for many years, who is also very experienced and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
