Im reading very strange and shocking reviews on this place. Yes, there have been cancelations but people are human. And the staff has always helped me get in with someone else or scheduled me promptly with the next available date. I had to cancel my membership due to moving around January 2023. Zero issues on that front as well.

I can not stress how wonderful this place was to me while I was living in Albuquerque. I long for the quality of massages I received (and at the price). Never had issues with any of the staff. Maybe my worst experience was the time a MT passed gas during my session 😂 but again we're human.

I've had chronic back pain for 25+ years. Facet injections, PT, and anti-inflammatories did little to help. After a massage with Cameron, I was able to sleep pain-free for the first time in decades. I would highly recommend this business and it's therapists.

Excellent service! We have had several massages at Body and Mind Wellness that have been incredibly relaxing! They have several choices to select from as well. We support family owned local small business owners. We highly recommend a massage membership at Body and Mind Wellness.
