Customer service and awesome workmanship is what I got using Big Bear. I had 2 swamp coolers changed over for the winter today by James, he did an excellent job on each house, he was knowledgeable, gave me excellent customer service and was friendly. This is the second year I used Big Bear and because Of their staff and the service they provide, I will be using Big Bear for all my future Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical needs.
Big Bear Mechanical helped me with a very complicated house flip on a quick timeline. It was an older home, built in 1961, and was in need of numerous repairs in plumbing, heating and electrical to bring it up to code. Big Bear went above and beyond to make everything right. Mark, the owner, personally made sure that everything was up to my satisfaction and worked tireless hours for me. I cannot thank Big Bear, and especially Mark, for patiently seeing the job through as there were many challenging situations that would test skill levels to the limits. They fixed everything to perfect working order. Mark takes a lot of pride in his work and customer satisfaction is paramount. I highly recommend Big Bear Mechanical and I would gladly work with them again in the future.
