Bear Oriental Rug Cleaning

I've had six oriental rugs cleaned so far and Jeneill has been absolutely the best in her attention to detail and commitment to getting that fringe bright! Everyone is very accommodating and Anthony has been helpful in patching a couple of spots that were frayed. I save a little by bringing my rugs in so the price is right for freshening my home and softening my floors.

I love this company! I have used them for YEARS. Before I found Bear, I had horrible experiences like, having a window broken and the company not wanting to claim responsibility and always doing the minimum work with each company. Not Bear, totally does a great job each and every time! I highly recommend this company. (Tried to add Value but could not get it to add)

We were extremely happy with the quality, valve and professional service that Bear Carpet provided to include scotch guarding the high traffic areas. I can't say enough about their technician, Dalton and his overall worked performed. Dalton took the time to explain as needed the steps being performed and what we needed to do when his work was completed. He also instructed us on the do's and don'ts regarding carpet care.
