Beyond satisfied with Bates started my daughter here 2 years ago she was 5 then, and she has grown so much. Every practice is different and informative. All the coaches are helpful and kind. Best way to get information is to sign up for the trial class.

From the little braves learning to find their power and their balance to the amazing world-class athletes teaching kids and adults alike, to creating a welcoming environment for Paralympian athletes, Bates is home to all of us. We come as a family, which is magical and unique. Bates Taekwondo is the best.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bates Taekwondo is an outstanding martial arts school! The instructors are highly skilled, patient, and truly dedicated to helping students of all ages and skill levels succeed. The training environment is disciplined yet supportive, encouraging students to build confidence, strength, and technique. My children (9years started at 8year, and 4years started at 3yeare) have grown tremendously, both physically and mentally, since joining. If you're looking for a place that teaches respect, perseverance, and top-notch taekwondo skills, I highly recommend Bates Taekwondo!
