Drake, a phenomenal plumber with B Carlson Heating Air & Plumbing, did a flush and tune-up of my inline, on-demand water heater on 09 AUG 24. During his post-maintenance check-out test, he went above and beyond by identifying a kitchen faucet that was not running at full capacity on its "hot" setting. Drake got into an extremely tight (nearly unreachable) space under the kitchen sink, and flushed the associated lines, which made the (relatively new) faucet work better than it ever has since its install. This attention-to-detail and care for outstanding service stands out among modern technically proficient professionals, and Drake is a credit to the excellent work that B Carlson continues to do! Well done, Drake!
