I needed quick service at my business and I called hoping I would get some help. They called me back quickly and made it out there within an hour or so. So pleased with the service and appreciate the quick response.
How difficult is it to screw the fasteners back into the same holes so they dont stick up. All the screws were left protruding up from the cover. Any cordless drill could screw these into plastic so I'm not sure why the tech left them sticking up like so. Paying $392. should of covered this.
Upon contacting Atlas Pumping Services Kevin the technician was able to attend to our emergency septic needs. Two other technicians upon arriving, a diagnosis was immediately determined that a new pump was needed. Immediately they were able to replace the parts and put everything back to its working condition. We are very satisfied with the expertise that Richard and Nestor displayed.
