Last year I showed up at Aspen dental for services the staff was great then. I've returned to Aspen and once again the service was outstanding from beginning to the end.
Yesterday was July 14th and I was looking forward to my visit with the crew at Aspen dental! Its never a dull moment everyone from the front desk to my procedure were friendly yet specific, professional as always . . . And of course a sense community we are doing life together! Thanks again!
Had a denture emergency and they were able to get it fixed by the end of the day. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Even though there were signs posted that appointments would take longer than usual I was seen within minutes of walking in the door.
At this visit I did not have an appointment, but was quickly taken to an examination room, explained my problem and Dr Aurora quickly got to work and fixed it. It took a total of 15 minutes, in and out. Problem solved. I have always been treated as more a friend than a customer, and that is by everyone to include the receptionists, the medical assistants the Dr.s and the financial personnel. All professional and all friendly.
