I'm a real estate broker and had a great experience with American Pumping. They worked on the septic system for a home I was selling, and the lender had a bunch of questions because it was an advanced treatment system. Without answers, we couldn’t move forward with closing. I called American Pumping and got connected with Alicia. She was amazing! Super helpful, quick to respond, and even offered to talk directly to the lender to help clear things up. She really went the extra mile, and thanks to her, we were able to keep things moving. Definitely recommend!
Overall, we didn't have any issues with them and they actually helped us get a whole new system in before we closed on our house we were selling. We found out from a different company that tree roots had grew threw our system so I contacted them and Mason jumped into action. He sent us an email asking for the documents he would need for permit and the job. We sent those on Friday and the permit was ordered by Monday. WE received word fairly quickly about the permit being in and Mason was able to get the utility companies out to mark their lines. Otto and Mason made our septic replacement flawless and their team that replaced it listened to any concerns we had. I will admit that when I read reviews on how bad the customer service could be over the phone that is always a concern because replacing a septic or having issues is always a stress and something that's tough to deal with and you should never have to deal with bad customer service but that being said they have always been good to us and I can't recommend them enough.
