Luisa is an amazing optometrist! I’ve often had difficulty getting the exact right prescription and Dr Luisa is always spot on. It was financially helpful when she took my insurance but I still go to her because she is the best

Dr Alvarez was fantastic with my daughter who was feeling anxious about her first visit. She was very patient with her and helped to ease her anxieties. Couldn’t have asked for a better visit.

The Dr is very nice, but she could not figure out my prescription after several visits and almost $200. The receptionist also does not answer the phone or return messages. I had to visit in person and was told they didn't answer the phone because they were "busy" when there was one patient in the waiting room and two staff members. The receptionist also told me they couldn't give me trials while I wait for a follow up appointment a week out.

UPDATE: The receptionist called an offered another appointment with the other Dr and the requested trial lenses.
