We had Alvarado put a new roof and vent on our rental. They were excellent to work with. Workers were focused and professional. When we found a roof leak on our home we called them and they found the problem and fixed it. I’m going to ask them to inspect our roof periodically and keep it in good order. They are very good at what they do and deliver as promised.
