I was looking for a replacement glide for a sliding aluminum window made by Don's here in ABQ years ago. As a renter, and new to ABQ, I had no idea who made the windows, and a window having glides rather than rollers was new to me. A few other spots in town looked at the broken sample part I brought in like it belonged in Area 51, but the folks at All-Pro recognized it immediately and had spares to boot.
