Merle Dixon came to fix a leaking toilet float. He was personable, professional, diagnosed the problem, explained how the float (a new type I was unfamiliar with) worked, and how much it would cost to fix it. He completed the job quickly and successfully, and I thought the charge was reasonable. I would gladly use Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling for my next problem.
Richard and James were amazingly helpful and fixed my issue promptly, and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. They were very kind and professional and I appreciated their expertise. They even wore the little blue booties over their shoes to protect my new carpet. Very respectful. We will definitely call them If there is a next time.
Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling has earned our trust over the years and, therefore, is the company we always call for our plumbing needs. We called them this time for a water leak, which turned out to be unrepairable. We were advised that we might want to have our home repiped. Ray carefully explained what that would entail. Work began the following day. It was quite a project, but I am happy to say the plumbing project has been completed with excellent workmanship.
