When I first called to inquire about moving an "upright grand" from Santa Fe to ABQ, I spoke to Rene who was very courteous and helpful. After calling a few other places and having 2 of those places recommend Albuquerque Piano and Organ when they we unable to make the delivery within the time line we needed, I booked them. The driver called when they were on the way to pick up the piano, and again with an ETA of when they would be at our house to deliver. The guys were very pleasant, professional, and knew what they were doing. We have used this company for 7 moves, in town, out of town, and they always do a great job. The crew wore masks, were professional, patient, and pleasant. Excellent job!
