Upon completion he described the problem, mentioned a 90 day warranty and suggested that if issues arose the next call should include a video scan of the line to the city sewer line.

The technician was very professional. Friendly. On time. And explained what he was doing. I would recommend them to my neighbors and friends. The price for the part, I thought, was a little high, but the gas fire place is over 20 years old.

Incredibly expensive. Replaced two parts in my dripping faucet and charged almost $400. Luis left dirt on the floor and water under the sink and on the floor. Didn't have parts he needed so had to leave and get them.
