Belinda was the most gracious, professional, and kind person. I called desperate to be seen on Saturday. (It was an unusual Saturday because the office happened to be closed this ONE Saturday.) However, she was made aware my son‘s wedding was coming up in a week and a half and I clearly hadn’t made time for myself sooner. She was so genuine and understanding and graciously came in on her day off to see me. She was so knowledgeable and efficient while working with me. She never made me feel like a burden.
