Dale and everyone on his team were amazing from start to finish with our new gate! Action Security Iron was actually the 3rd company we reached out to because the 1st two we contacted never followed back up with us. We appreciated the timely responses and follow up along the way and on the dates they said they would be here. The finished product and installation turned out better than we expected! The gentlemen who completed the prep work and installation were very friendly, thorough and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality iron work! We will be using them again for our side gates when the time comes.
Quality, quick, and looks good. I needed a frame to add closure for insects/etc, and Action Security was able to do that, unlike most companies I had contacted. Now I can use the door screened, instead of the standard wrought iron inches away from the stucco, requiring the separate screen. The color- called Navajo Copper, is quality (not too bright, and there’s copper specks, so that it looks significantly better than standard paint.) The design is organic, which I was looking for. As opposed to the standard black or almond wrought iron with those basic designs since the 80s that everywhere else in ABQ seemed to have. I can not express how happy I am with both the product they installed and their excellent communication. They clearly addressed all our questions as we navigated what would be the best solution for our property.
