I am so happy I stepped out of my comfort zone and came to this kickboxing gym! The classes are small and inclusive. If you aren't understanding the punches, form, or anything the instructor will gladly help you one-on-one. Great work out, Great people! worth every dime, and multiple subscriptions to choose from; they are willing to work with you!

The gym and coaches are great, they have been super helpful in explaining things during and after class. I was hesitant to join without having any previous experience, but was pleasantly surprised by the encouraging environment!

One of Albuquerque's best gyms by far! Great coaches, amazing facility and they have enough classes to accommodate all schedules. Not to mention the friendly and kind members that are always willing to help out and lend encouragement!
