I have had plenty of massages all around, at high end spas and all the fancy things you name it. This was by far the best massage of my life I actually left feeling completely relived not feeling like a single spot or a knot was missed. I saw Michael when I was experiencing pain from a pinched nerve flair up. My neck and shoulder muscles were so tense and knotted I could hardly stand it. I had a thirty minute massage on that area, blue light therapy and hot towels- walked out of there feeling almost no pain which by the next day had disappeared completely. I am very grateful. He also suggested two exercises to do at home and sent me several articles on nutrition. If I didn’t live in Texas I would see him on a regular basis- excellent !
