Customer Service is always excellent. They are very helpful. They were very busy but they acknowledged me. The Manager greeted everyone thats coming in. Yes! Doctors Appointment is booked, but anywhere you go in this town are booked for few months already. Opticians are very helpful all the time. They always go above and beyond, they explained that their Doctor dont take vision insurance, but they do accept outside prescription. I will definitely come back to order glasses, and i will get another backup glasses just in case i break my other pair. Dr. Maldonado is the BEST optometrist I have ever been to! He did a great job of explaining what he was doing at each step and what he was looking for. He was thorough, answered my questions, and was extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommend!
My eyeglasses which I didn't even purchase at Walmart optical needed nose piece upgrade and replacement. I had parts with me, staff was so friendly and replaced, cleaned, adjusted everything for free. I have purchased other glasses there and Frames and they have always been so helpful and accommodating.
