Our RV broke down in a very dangerous spot on a New Mexico highway. Took three hours for the tow to arrive, but I can't fault them for that - every business is short staffed these days and that's just how it is. When Kenny arrived to tow us, he was super friendly, knowledgeable, polite and funny. He clearly knows what he's doing. Like some others have said, the tow was a little expensive - $1800 to tow our RV about 90mins to Alamogordo, but at that point, I was just happy to be safe and in capable hands. We tried for an hour to get out car out. They said he would be there in 45 minutes to pull my car out of an icy ditch and he was there in 35 minutes. Very professional and had it out,with no damage, in no time at all. Highly recommend.Service: Car towing
As a newbie RV owner, I somehow thought it would be a good ideas to take my coach down a snowy mountain road with a 2x4 tow vehicle. I got myself into quit the pickle and these guys rescued me and my family. The driver (I think his name was Chris?) was awesome. He got us unstuck and then escorted me down the mountain road as I had to back up my RV 1/3 mile down a mountain road in the dark. He spent over 2 hours helping us. He was literally a lifesaver, I had my four kids and wife freezing with no hope until he arrived. Thanks you!!!!!!!
