Should Have Heeded the Reviews…

I read the negative reviews but wanted to decide for myself. After more than a week of waiting on my trial contacts the receptionist told me she didn’t know she was supposed to order contacts. How could she not know?? My appointment was a contact lens exam! Another week goes by, this time she says she actually ordered them twice, but they still weren’t in. Which is it, she forgot or ordered twice??

After four weeks of waiting, she calls to say they are in. Too late; I already reordered contacts from my old prescription and found another provider. Her only response is, “Okie-dokie”.

My review for Dr. Molina is only for him and not the attached optical store. These are two separate offices, 2 separate sides. Having established that, Dr. Molina is a great doctor. This is my first time taking my grandson for an exam. He has really great energy. The receptionist is also very friendly. If you notice the reviews that are unhappy, they are speaking about the other office. You are not forced to get your prescription filled from the other side. If the reviews concern you for filling your prescription, you can always go elsewhere, I do recommend Dr. Molina as an Optometrist.
