“Tonnette really helped resolve my issue in one massage so I'm very thankful. Although I was waiting when she arrived, I had to wait through my scheduled start time while she set up her room. Then she spent a considerable amount of time telling me about her life and her history before she ever got me on the table. I would have much preferred her to talk briefly, ask what I needed and then get me on the table, and tell me what ever she wanted me to know about herself while she was working on me. She did go over a few minutes past my scheduled end time, but it still didn't feel as if I got the full amount of time paid for. The drapes on the table were not typical but everything did seem clean and I honestly was so happy that she was able to un-pinch the nerve in my neck and I have continued to improve since seeing her so I give her a solid 4 stars.“
