Manager, Tommy reached out and offered me a credit for next time I'm in town. He said he will take care of me when I choose to go in. Although my first experience was bad, his efforts to make it right are appreciated.

Came here with my mother in law and aunt while visiting from out of town on 8/9/2025. We had appointments for 11:15 but didn't get into a chair until 11:45. I had an older lady named Hanna do my shellac manicure. There was a language barrier but she cut me and made me bleed when she cut my nails, cut my cuticles and kept hurting me. Then, the polish job was uneven with bubbles in most nails and the top clear coat missing several spots. I did call and talk to a manager after I left and saw how uneven the color was and how bad the manicure was. The guy that answered argued with me about what service I got, saying I only got a clear manicure with regular polish. After he was done arguing with me, he figured out he had me confused with someone else. I told them I can't come in on Sunday because I'm leaving town but I just wanted a credit or something for next time I was in town. He just kept saying I had to go in and service was already done. I ended up hanging up and ending the conversation. Very unprofessional. The guys that did my family's nails were great but my lady had no clue what she was doing. Won't be back“
