I have personally witnessed the owner (who could have taken the opportunity to make a quick buck, knowing that the product wasnt what they needed) pointed the customer into the direction of another store where they could find it. You do not see much of that now and days. Now I feel confidant with every purchase I make that the chemical I buy is the right one i need for the job.
