Tim and Debbie are both fantastic!! Debbie took time to explain the process, insurance, etc. my hearing aid just came in today, and Tim explained in great detail how to use the device and adjusted it to the perfect level. he also educated me on how to put one the device and how to charge it at night

Debbie and Tim go above and beyond normal customer service. When I was unable to go to their office they came to my home. Very friendly, helpful and considerate. With their knowledge, I was able to purchase my hearing aids for hardly anything Today, after 7 months they still help me. Told them I was having trouble hearing the TV. Tim informed me I could purchase something to hook up to my TV and sound would go right into my hearing aids. He even came to my home and hooked it up. HIGHLY recommend Hear on Earth !!!
