Mfers called me at 6:30 a.m. to schedule an appointment, waking my sick five year old up in the process. Was it to let me know that they happen to have availability today? No. It'll still be three days.

I worked for the plumbing side of this business and after I told everybody above me that the work truck had issues and nearly every light indicating a problem on the dashboard was lit, as well as clanking I get told not a problem don't worry about it until the truck breaks and I get fired and blamed. Careful working here
