Called in the morning, within a couple of hours, a gentleman by the name of Tony showed up. This is a rental property and my problem was a brand new furnace that had been previously installed during the summer months and hadn't been tested. When tested, it would not turn off and it also started emitting strong fumes and my CO2 alarms started beeping immediately. Tony did his thing and left me the unit running, not triggering CO2 alarms and with the thermostat doing what it was supposed to. I am very happy with their service and will be calling again.

Early on a Monday, my toilet, shower stopped draining. I called Darnold and they came out same day. Jake and Zach were extremely polite, fixed the issue in very short order. I'm very pleased to find a company that does business the right way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Lady that answered phone was so polite and helpful. They came the next morning to unstop a major clog. The worker who came out went right to work, extremely hard worker . Got it fixed and am so grateful I can do laundry, take a shower and use my toilet, who could ask for anything more. Price was great also, will definitely use them next time
