From my first phone call to Jessica to the last follow-up visit from Joe I received courteous professional service with a sense of urgency to replace my exterior unit. I was very satisfied with the previous model. It ran flawlessly for over twice the original warranty period until a recent city power brown-out tested its age. I wanted an upgraded model for the replacement and they found one for me. With a trip to El Paso for them to pick it up Joe had the new unit (with surge protector) installed in no time. While in El Paso Jessica used her foresight and intuition to pick up the new Carrie touch-screen thermostat for me. I love it. It adds versatility with a very user-friendly format and touch-screen. In addition to easy set the temperature stuff it allows you to check anything from power consumption to weather histories with a beautiful color display. The App allows you to do it all from your phone. The Infinity unit itself is the quietest I have ever not heard. Using a phone App while standing right at the running fan the 57 decibels put it between a quiet library and soft conversation. Incredibly quiet. An efficiency rating of SEER 24 makes it very “Green” and environmentally friendly. I am extremely satisfied with all facets of their work.
