The receptionists ,two girls are very nice efficient, helped me as soon as I brought my dog in, no appointment it was kind of an emergency, they told me what was going to happen and what it would cost, we took care of that and then I left he was admitted a couple hours later they called me and said he was fine come and get him they discovered he had mild pneumonia.. anyway he's fine now and it only took 2 days back to shape it just has a little cough still but you have to take all the antibiotics I recommend it for everybody.
It was really nice cause we have our 2 dogs who hate going to their doctor. But she and her staff were patient and understanding. They even got down to the floor to work with them. Then the dr stayed sitting there answering any questions we had. They offered extra services, but didn't push them to where we felt guilty or like bad parents for not doing them. Overall a great experience!
Very professional! They helped me with my heeler and I couldn't have asked for better service. They all showed lots of patience and compassion for my best friend as he went through his anxieties. Great place!
