The staff even brought out a little bowl of water for him without me having to ask, which honestly made my whole day. My daughter has sensory sensitivities, so haircuts can be a very overwhelming experience. When I learned that Hair Factory sets aside Monday appointments specifically for children with sensory differences, I knew they genuinely cared about making every child feel comfortable and included.

Today exceeded every expectation I had. The salon was quiet and calm, with only the two wonderful stylists there along with my sister, my daughter, and me. That peaceful environment made such a difference.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and compassionate. Instead of feeling anxious, my daughter was excited. She happily sat in the chair, chatted with the stylist, and calmly let her cut her hair. Watching her feel so safe and relaxed brought tears to my eyes. As a mom, moments like that are priceless.

The stylist was patient, gentle, and never rushed her. She treated my daughter with so much kindness and respect, allowing her to move at her own pace. It wasn't just a haircut✂it was an experience built on understanding, acceptance, and genuine compassion.

Businesses that intentionally create spaces for children with sensory needs deserve to be recognized. Hair Factory isn't just a salon💆‍♀they are making a real difference for families like ours. They made my daughter feel comfortable, confident, and celebrated exactly as she is.
