Hair Factory is a fantastic place to get a haircut or color. The skilled stylists are attentive and focused on understanding clients' needs. They provide personalized recommendations and deliver outstanding results. The salon's service is great, even when unexpected issues arise. Denise, in particular, is very friendly and gives clients exactly what they ask for, making them feel comfortable during their visit. The staff, including Karen, are energetic and interested in achieving the desired look for each client, especially with curly hair and experimental cuts. While the prices may be a bit higher than expected, the experience is well worth it. Hair Factory also carries curly hair products and has some experience with different curly hair types. Overall, clients recommend Hair Factory for a great quality haircut and a pleasant experience.

My daughter has sensory sensitivities, so haircuts can be a very overwhelming experience. When I learned that Hair Factory sets aside Monday appointments specifically for children with sensory differences, I knew they genuinely cared about making every child feel comfortable and included.
Today exceeded every expectation I had. The salon was quiet and calm, with only the two wonderful stylists there along with my sister, my daughter, and me. That peaceful environment made such a difference.

This was the best experience I have ever had in a salon. Dylan listened to what I wanted and worked with my hair texture to give me exactly what I wanted. He explained the styling techniques he was using as he went and kept things simple for me to do at home. Very friendly and all around awesome experience. I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend
Dylan is absolutely amazing! Today he did purple highlights in my hair. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, the experiences I've had elsewhere in the past, and explained my different options. The results are absolutely incredible and I will definitely be back there!
