Ken came and did amazing work removing dead rodents in crawlspace insulation, was super helpful answering questions, and the work was extremely dirty, smelt bad, and was in tight quarters. They were very informative and quick with a solution for an ant problem, and the technician who came was friendly and provided great service. The Terminix representative had great interpersonal skills, was knowledgeable, and happy to share information. The pest issue seems to be completely under control, and customers are happy and impressed with the service and employees.
Ken has been the best!! I've had service with terminex for a few years now and it is solely due to Ken's efforts. I had one miscommunication with the company very early on and not only did he step in and resolve that situation, but made it so I've never had a single issue since.
He is always prompt. Incredibly thorough and detailed in his work and communication. I cannot say enough good about him. Highly recommended!
