I’ve had nothing but great service here , I’ve started going to #1 nails the past few months , price is reasonable, nails always turn out super cute, and never takes long always left satisfied and will most definitely continue to go here for my acrylics
I've noticed that they have upped the quality of their services and offered a snowflake design for Christmas nails. Really good job and I find their nails last longer than other more expensive places.
Poor service. Staff very unwelcoming and unfriendly. My daughter wanted to get her nails painted, so we walked in. I informed the receptionist/nail technician that we had no appointment. To which she replied “Ok, no problem”. Then instructed us to “Choose color!”. My daughter wanted rainbow nails, so she chose 5 colours, during which the receptionist hurried her to decide.We took the nail bottles to the lady who was doing her nails, she looked at the bottles, then informed us “Any more than 2 colours, you must pay extra”.
