I had to call Johnson a two or three times in August to sort out some complications with my Mom's house insurance being switched to Belairdirect.The agent I originally spoke with was kind and patient and efficiently dealt with my questions. She went above and beyond my expectations when she contacted belairdirect on my behalf to forward some documentation that was required. A couple of weeks later I phoned again because there was a mistake on Mom's policy certificate, and again, the agents I spoke to were knowledgeable and friendly and efficiently took care of the issue. I am impressed!
My last interaction with Johnsons was amazing...easy peasy. All my needs were met as the customer service person was knowledgeable and made sure we got all the reductions possible.
