The service at 1949 was the best. Decided to get a cut there based solely on customer reviews and it was even better than anticipated. Walk-in times are super short as well which was a big plus!The staff are super friendly and extremely flexible on your cut preferences. The price is completely reasonable for everything this shop offers.Definitely a must visit for anyone looking for a great cut!

Moved recently in St John’s & it was my first hair cutting in here. If I don’t mistake his name was Sunny who did my hair cut. Great hair cut exactly what I wanted. The best thing was he took proper time & care…didn’t cut my hair in rush.

Great, multicultural barber shop in the East End. It can get a bit busy and although drop ins are welcome they take appointments. Special shout out to my barber Sonny who nailed it on my first visit. Reasonably priced, good vibe with upbeat music. A little hard to find, it is inside the mall.
