Bys have had the sidewalks blocked off all over town, sandbags and signs just disassembled and thrown around. The city mandates that when not in use, they need to be covered or taken- not literally sliding around on the cement preventing access to the entire sidewalk. They've been called multiple times by multiple people and said two weeks ago they would fix it LOL.
