My regular AMAZING hairdresser moved away a couple years ago, and I’ve been trying to find someone as good as her for a while. With not much luck… Until I tried Sarah at Back to Beauty! There was a bit of a learning curve, as there would be when u try any new stylist, but I left VERY satisfied! She was great at listening and understood exactly what I was looking for. And her prices are very reasonable. She receives and deserves 5/5 stars! The reason I only gave my experience 4/5 is because I also had my eyebrows done during the same appointment, but by a different lady. To say the least, I was not pleased, and would give her a 2/5 at best. Can’t remember her name, but will recognize her when I go back and she will not be touching my eyebrows again lol.

People who work there are polite but unreliable. I had a nail appointment booked and they waited till 15 minutes before the appointment was supposed to be to tell me that. Never again will I come back here as it is too much of a pain in the ass trying to get booked in there

I hate to leave a low review like this because the lady who took care of me was so sweet but it was the worst spray tan I’ve ever got.The colour was awful and didn’t look natural at all. A weird dark pink/red that was unevenly spread over my body and looked so blotchy.I went into this not even knowing what to expect since there’s no information pre or post booking. Had no idea it was an automatic spray.Just very disappointed.

I was looking for someone to help me lighten my black hair , Sarah reached out to me and talked me through the process very thoroughly. Her communication skills were excellent & made sure I stayed in budget . She was very friendly along with excellent at her job. I was very happy with the first sessions so much so she will be my new go to person for my next sessions: 10/10 would recommend Sarah

Had an awesome experience start to finish for a manicure with Nicole yesterday. Spotless salon, friendly atmosphere and Nicole made the perfect colour choices for my Joyful Manicure! Highly recommend this salon. Great prices too! I’ll be back!

i got my nails done here and the store was very nicely decorated and had the radio playing when i first walked in, The lady was very nice and got to my nails right away. as she was filing down my nails she accidentally rubbed my skin which made it bleed and was painful so thats the reason i took away one star. The other reason for the other star is that the gel they use burns my fingers in the lamp but i understand that can happen so i only thought id take away half a star, the other half is that they are a bit uneven but thats ok and the alcohol wipe or something stung my cut. But those are all common mistakes and thats ok :) will be returning soon!!

I was very excited to get my nails done after the lock down. I made the apt. Showed her pictures of what I wanted. I was ok with the fact she uses cheap tips even tho she said she was well established and very experienced .. I would have liked forms but I just wanted nails at this point. We had a chat. Normal stuff. Made fun of horrible nail experiences.. and she also stated an employee there offers lip fillers.. and OMG when she showed me her lips she was so proud of I nearly laught out loud!!!she had a full set done in less than an hours. They were so bumpy, out of shape, not thick enough even tho I asked for them to be thicker. I hated them. They were horrible.As soon as I left I texted her( as that was how we made the apt and the way we communicate this whole experience) no response.I later put up a Facebook review just stating her work is not as professional as she claims.And what do you know.. she texted me… yup on the same number as always..she said she would fix them… that was not an option for me.. I’d never go back. Then she offered me a full refund but I didn’t take it.. she did do thr work so that wouldn’t be fair to her business.. lesson learned. And the nail tech actually OWNS THE BUSINESS!!!Service: Manicure
